You Have Lost My Vote By Refusing to Call for a Ceasefire in Gaza

I helped campaign for you in 2020, but you have completely lost my vote in 2024 after ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield, who you appointed, vetoed the call to ceasefire in Gaza. 13 other nations could clearly see the atrocities being committed against Gaza civilians, mostly children, and yet you continue to stand behind Israel’s actions. This along with you sending billions of our tax dollars against the will of the people to aid in the bombing of the people of Gaza. Israel’s actions are collective punishment, incredibly disproportionate, and flat out genocide. The lives of 20,000 Palestinians are not a “sacrifice” to destroy Hamas. They are people. Americans are strongly against this, Jewish Americans included. I call on you to stop using our money to aid genocide and to call for a lasting and permanent ceasefire.
