Impose an arms embargo on Israel for bombing journalists

The intentional targeting of journalists' tent near the Nasser Medical Complex by Israel, which killed two people including journalist Helmi al-Faqawi, is an egregious violation of international law and press freedoms. Journalists must be able to do their jobs safely without fear of being bombed. Furthermore, the relentless airstrikes on residential areas like Khan Yunis that killed at least 43 civilians since Sunday, many of them women and children, demonstrates Israel's flagrant disregard for civilian lives. No justification can excuse the massacre of innocent families. These war crimes against the people of Gaza cannot be tolerated. I urge you to strongly condemn Israel's genocide and impose a comprehensive arms embargo on Israel. Concrete actions must be taken to hold Israel accountable and end its impunity for committing atrocities in Palestine. Upholding human rights and protecting civilians, especially journalists and medical workers, should be paramount. A failure to act will only enable further atrocities and embolden Israeli forces to continue their relentless seige on the defenseless people of Gaza.
