NO CR Unless Healthcare, Nutrition & The CDC Are Restored

We all deserve a government that works for all of us. I am your constituent and I want you to not negotiate any continuing resolution keeping the government open until ACA tax credits are restored, Medicaid cuts are restored, Medicare is NOT cut at all, and nutrition assistance is restored and the recently fired CDC staff are all returned to work. I know they restored 700 of the 1300. However, the 600 that are gone included the team that supports protecting America from pandemics and bio terrorism attacks? They also cut out the team responsible for researching cures to 100% fatal neuro-degenerative diseases like Kreutzfeldt-Jakob. Since your’re in Congress you should know that the CDC Washington office that handles congressional inquiries and briefings is also closed. Look, there is a lot of turmoil right now so let’s make it clear. No Continuing Resolution or Budget without restoring Medicaid, Medicare, Affordable Care Act Subsidies, Nutrition assistance, and the CDC staff. When this is done, think hard about enacting Universal Healthcare, H.R. 3069, to make sure all of us can go to the doctor and not go broke. Thank you. P.S.
