Stop Attack on Federal Court

The No Rogue Rulings Act (H.R. 1526) is an authoritarian attempt to undermine the system of checks and balances by limiting the ability of federal district court judges to issue nationwide injunctions against unconstitutional actions taken by the executive branch.
