An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Co-Sponsor Medicare for All Now

137 so far! Help us get to 250 signers!

Co-sponsor Medicare for All and fight for it like it's your top legislative priority — because for millions of families drowning in premiums, deductibles, and drug costs, it is. The Democratic base is done waiting for incremental half-measures. Voters across Colorado, New York, Illinois, and Maine just made that crystal clear. Melat Kiros unseated a 15-term incumbent in Denver. Brad Lander, Claire Valdez, and Darializa Avila Chevalier beat establishment favorites in New York. Single-payer health care was the through-line in every one of those races. As Claire Valdez put it, Americans overwhelmingly support Medicare for All — it takes organizing to pass it, and that organizing is happening right now. The insurance industry's lobbyists claim a government-run system limits patient choice. But what choice does someone have when they can't afford care at all? The 2026 cycle will reward representatives who fought hard for real change. Get on the right side of this.
