I'm asking you to take immediate action on the unauthorized military attack on Venezuela and the reported seizure of Venezuela's Head of State. Actions against a sovereign nation without authorization from Congress is a violation of our Constitution's allocation of war powers and international law. Congress must state that this is an unauthorized action and block all funding for any further military action.
