Virtual tutoring for disadvantaged students in Arizona

I just read about a program in New York to get tutors to volunteer to help children that are struggling in school. It targets economically and socially disadvantage children. Representative Ocasio-Cortez spearheaded some of the effort. If we don’t have something like this in Arizona, can you create such an organization? I would volunteer to tutor. It would really benefit these children.
