SCOTUS dismissal of Emoluments cases lawless

While Trump’s call to violence is certainly grounds to impeach, convict and restrict from future office, where is the Article of Impeachment on multiple counts of Emoluments theft. Trump redirected millions of our taxpayer money to his own pockets, as well as money from foreign states. The SCOTUS decision to dismiss lawful cases as “moot” is completely and obviously partisan, as well as lawless precedent. Disgusting. More evidence that the Court needs to be expanded.
