Draft legislation NOW to bring forward on Jan 4th: -limit presidential pardon power -eliminate ICE & DHS -protect voting rights in all states -enact national abortion rights -enact term limits for House, Senate, SC -ban stock trading for House, Senate, Exec Branch, Judiciary, etc. -enact enforceable code of ethics for SC and across all govt employees -enact humane, fair, & sensible immigration procedures -expand the judiciary that can hear & adjudicate immigrant asylum claims -eliminate prisons-for-profit & close all detention centers immediately -revoke all international agreements to send immigrants to other countries -reinforce due process requirements for ALL people regardless of citizenship -release all immigrants currently in detention unless there is concrete evidence that they’ve committed a crime beyond being undocumented
