Vote NO on the OBBB. Why does the bill include a clause for no regulation of AI by "states and localities?" An article by AP News (published May 16, 2025) mentioned that within the reconciliation bill, there is a clause included that would "ban states and localities from regulating artificial intelligence for a decade." Please ask the Republicans for an explanation for adding this clause to their reconciliation bill. Vote NO on the OBBB. Question why the GOP wants no regulation on AI for a decade, by states and localities. Thank you.
