No ICE at airports, fund TSA separately

Investigate and halt deployment of ICE at airports. 1) They are not trained for the functions that TSA does, and we have seen the results of inadequate training in Minneapolis and other places. 2) Are they still going to wear masks, no identify, and carry those weapons we have seen? That is going to create a very welcoming sight to travelers and could create a drop in foreign tourism. 3) Illegal immigration and large scale drug smuggling, what ICE is supposedly trained for, is probably very negligible at major airports. It is a waste of government resources. 4) A more reasonable and efficient solution is the discharge petition to separately fund TSA, FEMA and other critical DHS functions ( other than ICE).
