1984 Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council - Power Grab 4 SCOTUS.

The Chevron Doctrine or deference has allowed Federal agency's scientists and experts in their fields to interpret laws under their jurisdiction. Per Politico, "In recent decades, eliminating Chevron deference has become a cause célèbre for conservative legal activists, who view the doctrine as aggrandizing federal bureaucrats over the judges who typically decide the meaning of federal statutes. Backers of the doctrine say agencies have the special expertise necessary to understand the application of highly technical laws in heavily regulated industries." We, the people of the United States of America want our Supreme Court to defer to the Federal Agency's experts unless there is an infringement upon a person's Constitutional rights. We the people disagree with dismantling federal agencies for the profit of corporations who do not like regulation. Even if corporate interests have bought your votes, I ask that you consider that your health and well-being depend on those federal agencies enforcing regulations. You do not have the subject matter expertise to make these judgments. You are way too busy to be taking on these cases as well as doing your own job. If this is something you feel compelled to do because of corporate interests, I am sure we can compell the president to expand the court to the number of Justices needed to handle this kind of work load, and appoint Justices in these areas of expertise.
