It slashes Medicaid, strips clean energy incentives, blocks state AI regulation, and extends Trump’s billionaire tax cuts that will add $4.6 trillion to the deficit. Then, to make it worse, it delays the Medicaid gutting until 2029—after Republicans hope Democrats are back in office so you can dodge accountability. That’s cowardly. You weren’t on the committee that pushed this bill through in the dark, but you don’t get to hide behind that. You have a vote now. You have a choice. And if you choose billionaires over West Virginians, we’ll remember. Don’t pretend this is about “fiscal responsibility.” If it were, you’d close the tax loopholes and stop subsidizing private insurance fraud in Medicare Advantage. Instead, this bill shifts the burden to working families—again. If you vote for this bill, you’re choosing higher costs, less healthcare, more corporate control, and an even bigger national debt—just to satisfy Trump’s ego and protect his wealthy backers.
