I'm writing to you to support the swift confirmation of Alejandro Mayorkas for Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. The current threat from domestic terrorism require that there is no gap in leadership of this agency. Furthermore, Mayorkas' experience and track record with DACA and the Zika and Ebola outbreaks make him a well qualified nominee.
