Condemn Israel's barbaric seige of hospitals in Gaza

Israel's barbaric seige on hospitals that are desperately needed to treat civilians, including children is despicable. The assault on the Kamal Adwan Hospital, the last major operational medical facility in northern Gaza, is an unacceptable violation of international humanitarian law that mandates the protection of healthcare workers and infrastructure during armed conflict. The forced evacuation of patients and staff from the Kamal Adwan Hospital, followed by the detention of its director Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya and other medical personnel, is a grave injustice. The subsequent fire that ravaged the hospital has further exacerbated the dire situation for the besieged population in Gaza. With the vast majority of hospitals now completely non-functional due to Israel strikes ,the targeting of medical facilities is a blatant disregard for the fundamental principles of the Geneva Conventions. Israel must be held accountable for these egregious violations of international law and human rights.
