It's my understanding that Senate Finance Committee Chairman Ron Wyden has said that Democrats may issue a subpoena to get information from Harlan Crow about his gifts to Clarence Thomas. Dick Durbin has said that “All options are on the table.” I'm requesting that you encourage both of them to subpoena Harlan Crow and Justice Thomas immediately. They need to be held accountable for their obvious corruption. Please put pressure on these two Senate Committee Chairs to act. SCOTUS reform and accountability cannot come soon enough.
