I am concerned about President Trump's March 2025 Executive Order on Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections, as it arbitrarily and illegally constrains elections to a single day, eliminating early voting and refusing to count legitimate mail-in ballots received after Election Day based on the current lawsuit in Mississippi that attempts to unfairly constrain voting to a single day. This action suppresses the votes of disabled Americans, those with mobility issues, and our brave military personnel serving overseas by eliminating secure mail-in and early voting options. I insist you take every possible measure to protect these voting methods in all upcoming elections, and exercise your power as a coequal branch of government to check the actions of the out-of-control Executive Branch.
