Chief Justice Roberts, allow cameras in the court for Trump’s D.C. trial!

Donald J. Trump has now been indicted for trying to prevent American voters from determining the outcome of the presidential election in 2020. It’s a deeply momentous, important, and historically weighty moment. When the former President’s trial takes place the American people deserve to watch it. So I am writing to echo Joyce Vance’s calls for cameras in the courtroom. As Vance says: “Chief Justice Roberts can ensure these proceedings are made publicly available. He can order that there be cameras in the courts. And he should…we are all victims of this crime. We have the right to watch the proceedings.” I couldn’t agree more. The American people demand cameras in the court for the trial of Donald J. Trump. Thanks.
