Return Mr. Abrego Garcia and restore trust in our government

The court has ordered the administration to take concrete steps to secure the return of Mr. Abrego Garcia, a Maryland resident who was wrongfully deported to El Salvador. Despite this clear directive, the administration has provided no information on his whereabouts or efforts to facilitate his release from custody and return to the United States. This lack of compliance is extremely troubling and undermines the authority of the judicial system. Expedited action must be taken to locate Mr. Abrego Garcia, ensure his safe return, and demonstrate respect for the rule of law by following court orders regarding the deportation of individuals legally residing in this country. Unlawful deportations violate due process rights and erode trust in immigration enforcement procedures.
