An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Limit SCOTUS jurisdiction

1 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

Having sworn an oath to the Constitution, it’s your duty under Article 3, Section 2, to check the Court’s perversion of the First Amendment’s Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses—another gross overreach of power. I urge you to lead the fight to convince Congress to develop legislation that restructures SCOTUS and regulates and limits its appellate jurisdiction, such that it works toward expanding, not contracting, the rights and freedoms all Americans deserve. Thank you for your work on our behalf.
