It's time to call off the persecution of Julian Assange. Julian Assange is a political prisoner. He is the exact example of the kind of travesty of Justice when a government decides to persecute and prosecute a man into the grave for crimes of exposing the crimes of that government.
Assange is only guilty of exposing the crimes of the United States government .
He is no different than Russia's political prisoner who recently died, Alexai Navalny. The US, by way of the Justice Department, are determined to kill Assange as well.
Our country, the United States is supposed to be better than this. School children are taught that our government is above committing crimes. That we are above atrocities against civilians and the people that report those atrocities.
Instead of Assange being in jail, the presidents that approve the wars that result in the killing of innocent civilians should be on trial.
Presidents Biden and Obama are some of those presidents.
