An open letter to the U.S. Congress

No tiktok ban or biggest class action in US History

71 so far! Help us get to 100 signers!

I am writing to express deep concern over discussions around the potential shutdown or restriction of TikTok, a platform vital for the free expression of millions of Americans. This move, I believe, would not only undermine our First Amendment rights but also set a concerning precedent for the regulation of digital spaces where public discourse thrives. The essence of our democracy lies in the freedom of speech and expression. Any action to limit access to platforms that facilitate this exchange threatens not just our ability to communicate, but the very principles our nation stands on. While I understand and appreciate the complexities of national security concerns, I urge you and your administration to find solutions that protect both our security and our constitutional rights. Should the fundamental right to free expression be compromised, I am prepared to stand with others in a class action lawsuit to defend these liberties. Thank you for considering this matter with the gravity it deserves. I am hopeful for a resolution that upholds the freedoms that define our nation. We hope TikTok would fund this as they did Montana
