An open letter to the U.S. Congress

What Would John Lewis Do?

23 so far! Help us get to 25 signers!

I am asking you today, what would John Lewis do? Because in such a time as this, we need someone, or a group of someones, to step up and lead like John Lewis and Martin Luther King, Jr. and others did. We must oppose tyranny and fascism before it further overcomes our nation. Legislatively, I have asked you to please vote against funding for ICE, and to support impeaching Secretary Kristi Noem and President Trump. But we also need you as leaders to physically stand for what is right. Congress and other leaders must band together, go to Minnesota, go to D.C., march, hold sit-ins, whatever it takes to get this country back on the right track. We cannot continue as we are.
