Release the Epstein Files — Victims Deserve Justice Now

I write with outrage and urgency: immediately release every unclassified document, record, and file related to Jeffrey Epstein and the network that enabled him. The survivors of Epstein’s crimes — and the American people — deserve full transparency. They have waited too long. The perpetrators must face justice. We will not drop this. Release the files now.
For decades, the scope of Epstein’s crimes and the people who shielded him have been hidden. We know records exist. The House Oversight Committee has already received and posted tens of thousands of pages from the Department of Justice, but much remains sealed. Recent legislation — the “Epstein Files Transparency Act” — has been introduced to compel release. Congress must pass it immediately and ensure every possible record is made public.
The people demand five things:
1. Release the records now. Publish every unclassified report, log, transcript, and communication relating to Epstein and his associates, with redactions limited only to protect victims and witnesses — not powerful individuals.
2. Provide accountability for what is withheld. For any redactions, publish a log stating the date, source, and precise legal grounds for withholding. Secrecy cannot remain the default.
3. Compel cooperation. Subpoena any records still held by federal agencies, the Epstein estate, or private actors. If they refuse, pursue contempt. Congress has the authority — now use it.
4. Protect survivors. Ensure any release shields victims’ identities and removes explicit material, while still ensuring maximum transparency of networks, enablers, and abusers.
5. Guarantee independent oversight. Appoint a bipartisan review board to confirm that Congress and the public receive the full, unredacted record that can legally be released.
This is not symbolic. Transparency is essential to justice. Without a full public accounting, suspicion and conspiracy thrive, and survivors remain in limbo. They deserve to know the truth of what was done to them, and the public deserves to know whether our institutions failed. Congress has already proven documents can be produced — now finish the job.
You were elected to serve the public and to hold power accountable. This is a defining moment. Act with courage and compassion for survivors who have already suffered enough. Release the Epstein files — fully and immediately. No one is above the law.
