An open letter to the U.S. Senate

NO JUDICIAL CONFIRMATIONS for a felon's nominees

2,151 so far! Help us get to 3,000 signers!

Please do NOT confirm any judicial nominees who cannot answer factual questions about January 6th or the 2020 election correctly and willingly. Justice and civil society cannot survive if those in offices of public trust do not inhabit the same factual reality as the rest of us. Trump is a twice impeached felon, rapist, liar, blasphemer, an shield of pedophiles. A person who swore to see that that laws be faithfully executed who later persistently flouts court orders, defies the constitution, and pardons those who sought to violently prevent an election from being certified-- such a felon should nominate no judges; no judicial candidate nominated by such a felon should ever be appointed. Foxes should not guard a hen house. Law-breakers should not get their loyal picks and elevated to the bench. Someday in less than 4 years Trump will no longer be president. We will be stuck with the judges he chose - if you approve them. You will be stuck with the record of how you upheld or betrayed the constitution. NO JUDICIAL CONFIRMATIONS for a felon's picks
