Hire the F.A.A. back and allow desegregated (otherwise know as DEI) hiring again

I am writing you as a constituent who is scared to fly in today's America. To put it simply: Trump fired everyone in charge of airplane safety, and a week later planes started crashing into each other. Since the inauguration of Trump, he has fired: the heads of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) the Coast Guard the Aviation Security Advisory Committee 100 top FAA security officers And frozen hiring of: All Air Traffic Controllers What are you doing to reinstate FAA security and overall aviation safety? Trump has blamed DEI in a sleight of hand meant to distract from the fact that he is tearing apart the regulations meant to keep flying safe. In that time, there has been crashes of commercial flights into army helicopters, medical and commuter planes into the ground, private jets into other planes, and other accidents. What are you doing to stop this? What are you doing to bring regulations back into the industry? Stop hiring without DEI, include the most qualified candidate, which requires the Civil Rights Act to ensure racism and bias do not stop qualified hires.
