TIME TO CHOOSE

Greetings. I am a voting constituent in rural west Texas. Looks like my House Rep is about to find himself in the hot seat. What to do about passing a hugely popular farm bill loaded with poison pills? That has no chance in hell of passing the Senate? Hmmmm…I’m pretty sure my farming/ranching county in Texas won’t be an easy sale when they’re told it’s all for their own good when they start to suffer from the pointless political games that y’all keep playing with actual peoples’ lives. Where do you stand on all this Rep. Pfluger? How will you spin this as a Democrat failure? How will you blame it on Biden when he’s coming out so strong for rural revitalization? When his administration is allotting billions to help rural communities stay vital? When the vision is to allow people in small communities to actually be able to stay in their hometowns and make a real living? To provide the economic means to stop the drain away from rural to urban? How will you convince your constituents that a feckless quest for a political win trumps their futures? I’m hoping you do what you know is right.
