We would like to urge you to intervene on behalf of the 30 plus dogs recently seized in an animal cruelty case, from a private residence in Isabella County, Michigan. This week an emergency rescue took place and 31 animals were seized from an Isabella County property owner. These dogs were neglected, unsocialized, and were used for breeding. Most have never been indoors. These dogs need to be released to the Humane Society’s care, so they can receive the care they deserve. Some of the puppies have Parvovirus.
In an Isabella County case in 2019, the Yoder case, approximately 60 dogs were seized from a similar puppy mill, and no justice was served. No jail time, no community service, no restitution, and the abuser in that case received three dogs back to his care.
Please give these dogs the second chance they deserve!
