“It should be fine,” and “officials are doing their best,” are appropriate responses to a kid stressing over finals, NOT a nation stressing over a pandemic threat from a disease with a 40% mortality rate. Demand the Trump administration restore funding to the CDC and medical and vaccine research facilities, and rejoin WHO! This is the second time Americans have been under attack by biological threats, and the second time we’ve responded with understaffed, underfunded resources… it’s also the second time it’s happened under a certain angry orange’s watch… but I digress. WE THE PEOPLE demand action. We demand rejoining the CIVILIZED nations in preparedness for biological dangers. We demand that YOU demand a safer and healthier future!
