Lee Zelden AT The EPA Is A Danger To Children's Health

I am your constituent and I want you to know that the health and lungs of about half the children in the U.S. are at risk because we put so much garbage into the air. Much of that garbage need not be there but fostering a pro oil and gas infrastructure, like Lee Zelden at the EPA is doing, is making it worse. Look, oil and gas companies gave Trump millions when he was running and he told them in exchange for contributions he would deliver. Her did - most pay little federal tax, if any and Lee Zelden, Trump’s EPA head is making it easier for them to pollute and damage our health and our environment and the lungs of children. In fact, the Trump administration has initiated at least 70 actions to roll back environmental and climate protections. Among them is the loosening of regulations on power plants that limit mercury and other hazardous air toxics. Other rollbacks include overturning limits on major air pollution sources, disbanding EPA advisory committees on air quality and ending the practice of estimating the monetary value of lives saved by limiting fine particulate matter and ozone while still calculating costs to companies. They are willing to sacrifice our lungs and environment to line their pockets. The EPA is not the Environmental Pollution Agency, It is the Environmental Protection Agency.
