I am writing to let you know I am completely disappointed and frankly shocked at how Congress has done NOTHING to help The People of this country. NOTHING to support working families, working people, average Americans trying to make a living.
Congress has made it ASBOLUTELY 100% clear that they are there to support BILLIONAIRES and CORPORATIONS and no one else.
Taking away people’s health care and destroying critical government agencies like the NIH, NOAA, FEMA, USAID, CFPB etc so we can give corporations MORE TAX BREAKS ?!? What is wrong with you ? The Republican Party has sold its soul to the devil. Seriously this is exactly what was happening in Nazi germany in the 30s and exactly same behavior but back then CEOs made a LOT less money and the wealth disparity was not as significant.
The attacks on immigrants are an insult to our way of life, to the very spirit of this country and the foundation of our nation. We NEED immigrants to support a healthy economy. We need to encourage scientists and educators and research in order to stay ahead in a very competitive global economy.
I challenge you to tell me ONE THING you have done since getting elected to ACTUALLY HELP working class people like me in this country. And don’t say a tax cut because I ain’t seen it yet and probably getting nothing while billionaires pay less.
