Uphold Presidential Term Limits and Constitutional Democracy

The Constitution is the bedrock of American democracy and its principles must be upheld without exception. The 22nd Amendment clearly stipulates that no person shall be elected president more than twice, establishing a firm two-term limit. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction, whether through legal loopholes or extralegal maneuvers, would represent an egregious violation of the rule of law and a direct assault on the foundations of our system of government.
