No trans sport ban!

I am extremely disappointed to hear that the trans sport ban has passed the house. And I, as your constituent, hope that if it ever comes to the floor, it is voted down. But I’m more so hope that it does not come to the floor for a vote. Requiring a teenager to provide proof of their gender, opens the door to sexual assault, sexual harassment, or exploitation. This should not be allowed to pass. We need to protect our trans children, the same way that we protect our cisgender children. Trans children should be allowed to play sports with their peers in healthy competition, just like anybody else. And to have to provide proof of gender disgusts me.
