There is a pressing need to address the status of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). Evidence suggests that AIPAC, a spinoff of the American Zionist Council, has been involved in activities that warrant its registration as a foreign agent of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This is further substantiated by the fact that AIPAC's founder, Isaiah L. Kenen, was previously registered as a foreign agent. FBI investigations in 1984 and 2005 have also revealed AIPAC's involvement in espionage-related activities. It is crucial to ensure transparency in AIPAC's activities, and regulating it as a foreign agent is a step towards achieving this. Therefore, it is requested that the necessary measures be taken to regulate AIPAC as a foreign agent.
