The US Naval Academy recently canceled a history lecture to be given by Ruth Ben-Ghiat covering the topic of what happens to militaries under authoritarian rule throughout history. It is reported that the Heritage Foundation exerted pressure to cancel the lecture. Please petition the Secretary of the Navy to restore academic freedom at the Naval Academy.
