Do not confirm Trump’s nominees if they cannot confirm simple facts!

Good morning. In recent congressional hearings, Trump’s nominees for federal judge positions refused to answer questions regarding the winner of the 2020 election. These are people whose judgement is supposed to outrank everyone else’s- whose clarity and unbiased approaches should be beyond reproach. And yet a simple yes or no question has completely befuddled them all. These are not the types of people who should be in charge of middle school council meetings let alone a court of law. Do not confirm Trump’s nominees if they cannot confirm simple facts!
