As a voting constituent in your district, I demand that you oppose the Biden administration's planned $8 billion weapons sale to Israel and support all efforts to block it during the congressional review period. The U.S. already provided at least $17.9 billion in military funding and tens of thousands of bombs to Israel since October 2023. Israel has been using these weapons to” -Create deliberate famine conditions in Gaza -Target hospitals, UN schools, and civilian shelters -Forcibly displace over 90% of Gaza's 2.3 million residents after destroying most infrastructure This money should fund urgent needs in our communities—whether it be healthcare, housing, education, or climate care. I oppose my tax dollars being used to fuel genocide. I urge you to: - Publicly oppose and vote to block this $8 billion weapons sale - Support an immediate arms embargo on Israel - Support restoring humanitarian aid through UNRWA I will be watching how you vote on this critical issue, and hold you accountable in the voting booth.
