Stop the Revisionist Attack on the Smithsonian and National Heritage

Protect the Independence of the Smithsonian Institution and Cease the Attack on Legitimate American Heritage I am writing to urge you to take immediate action to protect the Smithsonian Institution from political directives that would compromise its independence, distort the historical record, and erode the trust of the American people. This would undermine the very mission of the Institution and silence the diversity of voices and truths that make our country what it is. I am asking you to: Publicly oppose any attempt to politicize or rewrite Smithsonian exhibitions. Support legislative or oversight actions to ensure the Smithsonian remains free from political manipulation. Advocate for transparency regarding any directives given to Smithsonian leadership.
