Ban scabs and require strike pay. Companies should not be allowed to hire scab workers during a strike. They should also be required to continue paying their employees. A strike happens because the people who earn all of the income a company makes are getting an unfair deal. A company shouldn't be allowed to simply bypass the demands of the people it relies on to exist. Workers shouldn't have to sacrifice an already insufficient income to claim a larger share of the money they already earn. If you are pro union then provide the tools workers need to advocate themselves. The deck is already stacked against them, especially with the larger companies. Every penny used to stop workers from advocating for themselves was first earned by those workers.
