Resistbot Petition: CORRUPTION ON PARADE

An open letter to the U.S. Congress

CORRUPTION ON PARADE

2 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

Greetings. I am a voting constituent in rural west Texas. House Speaker Mike Johnson said the Supreme Court — which is facing congressional scrutiny over two justices’ ethics issues — should “step in” and overturn Trump’s guilty verdict. “There’s a lot of developments yet to come, but I do believe the Supreme Court should step in, obviously,” the Louisiana Republican told “Fox & Friends” on Friday. “I think that the justices on the court — I know many of them personally — I think they’re deeply concerned about that as we are. So I think they’ll set this straight, but it’s going to take awhile.” He added: “This will be overturned, guys, there’s no question about it. It’s just going to take some time to do it.” Way to prove the obvious. 1. Guys like this do not work for the American people. But we sure supply their paychecks. 2. The Justice system in this country is absolutely being attacked, by the law and order party. Your party. 3. The SCOTUS is confidently presumed, assumed, and declared to be in the pocket of the GOP. And since they don’t protest the assumption, point made. Blatant appeal for corruption such as this might play well with the Fox crowd, but the rest of us? Not so much. But don’t take my word for it. November is coming.
