Refuse involvement—logistical, financial, or political—in any Israeli strikes against Iran without Republic-wide debate and congressional authorization, protecting against unconstitutional escalation . 4. Launch or support international investigations into alleged war crimes in Gaza and strikes on Iran. 5. Prioritize humanitarian aid—including food, water, medicine, and shelter—to Palestinian and Iranian civilians caught in crossfire.
