Read EVERY word in this death bill

I heard that Democrats are going to slow down the vote by forcing the GOP to read every line of the budget bill. This is finally the kind of actions I want to see happen in the party. Do EVERYTHING you can to slow down the process and be as transparent as possible. Shine light on the dirty dealings of the Republicans and demonstrate how they are throwing their constituents under the bus for their own gain. Fear and orders are not excuses.
