If Trump tries to declare a national “emergency” due to an “imminent action” against the US mainland, we will need more than his intuition to back that up.
We will need similar intelligence assessments from other trusted, reliable allies (that excludes Netanyahu as a source). We have already seen what the Donald & Bibi thought process gets us into.
We can’t afford to lose our ability to vote or demonstrate because Trump “thinks” we will be under attack. We are already spending about $1,000,000,000 a day on this illegal, unauthorized war. Money that could have been spent on healthcare, education, and/or other programs to benefit the population instead of spending it to build Trump’s ego. If he wanted to go to war, he could have not evaded the draft sixty some years ago.
