Elon is a BAD DOGE

This brazen overreach of executive power is a direct assault on democracy and the constitutional separation of powers. Allowing an unelected billionaire like Elon Musk to seize control of government systems, data, and operations is an unacceptable violation of the foundational principles this nation was built upon. The DOGE Executive Order has enabled Musk to trample over numerous federal laws and disregard congressional authority in pursuit of his own agenda. Enacting the BAD DOGE Act to nullify this executive overreach is critical to reining in this unchecked power grab and upholding the rule of law. Failure to swiftly pass this legislation will enable further erosion of democratic norms and open the door to authoritarian abuses of executive power in the future. It is imperative that Congress acts decisively to reassert its constitutional oversight and protect the integrity of our institutions and citizens' private data.
