Urgent: Oppose Military Aid to Israel and Focus on Domestic Priorities

I am writing to express my concern over recent actions taken by our government, including the announcement of an additional $1 billion in military aid to Israel by President Trump, along with the $8 billion weapons sale initiated by President Biden. These actions represent a breach of trust with the American public, as they prioritize foreign interests over the needs of our citizens. Furthermore, President Trump recently made statements claiming that the U.S. would "take over" and "own" the Gaza Strip. I believe it is time for the U.S. government to cease its efforts in empire-building and focus on the well-being of its own citizens. Rather than spending our taxpayer dollars on foreign interventions, it is imperative that we redirect those resources toward addressing critical domestic needs, such as healthcare, infrastructure, and social services. This is what truly reflects putting America first. I urge you to oppose these weapons transfers and to publicly advocate for a just resolution to the Gaza conflict, one that respects the rights and sovereignty of the Palestinian people.
