Protect Congressional powers as a co-equal branch of our government!

You are abdicating your responsibility and congressional authority as a co-equal branch over government. Congress passed the funding and programs that currently exist. It’s literally your job to enforce that they are carried out and paid for. Your current actions are making the United States less safe.
