Rewild California

California is home to many unique species found nowhere else. In fact we are a biodiversity hot spot. Sadly due to a combination of killing habitat and invasive species we have become a more literal hot spot. As climate change continues we will start loosing more and more of our native species and the fires will get worse. On the other hand our native plants don't cause the same fuel issues the invasive species cause and do a much better job if sequestering carbon. By rewilding California we can restore habitat and save our unique species from extinction while fighting climate change and wild fires.
