Live up to your oath to protect & defend the Constitution of the United States!

I am writing to express my strong opposition to any and all cuts to Medicaid and SNAP benefits, as well as the devastating reductions in funding to the USDA that are hurting our food banks. These programs are lifelines for millions of Americans, and any attempts to weaken them are unacceptable. I urge you to: • Fully fund Medicaid expansion with no work requirements and no per capita caps. Medicaid must remain intact and accessible to those who need it most. • Protect SNAP benefits and restore adequate USDA funding, which is essential for food banks struggling to meet growing demand. Additionally, I am deeply alarmed by actions that appear to undermine our Constitution and the balance of power it establishes. These include: • Diminishing the authority of Congress, particularly over budgetary matters; • Disregarding judicial orders, threatening the principle of co-equal branches of government; • Violations of due process, which is a foundational right guaranteed to every person under the Constitution. I call on you to vigorously oppose any actions that erode constitutional protections and to live up to your oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. I am counting on your leadership to ensure that our democracy and the welfare of our most vulnerable citizens are preserved.
