Shameful SCOTUS majority keeps legislating from the bench.

The Supreme Court has destroyed its credibility. Decisions under Trump's second presidency show arbitrary motivated reasoning, misuse of evidence and blatant contempt for the Constitution and precedent. It is no an exaggeration to say humans have died because of the changes brought by SCOTUS decisions such as Dobbs. More will die if the SCOTUS removal of TPS for Haitians and Syrians is not blocked by Seth Moulton or Debbie Wasserman-Schultz's TPS bills. The Constitution now has a nose of wax to be stretched higher and thither at will in order to impose Jim Crow Mark II and turn the president into a king. Although SCOTUS upheld birthright citizenship, the case should never have been heard: the Constitution is emphatic and unambiguous on the subject of birthright citizenship. SCOTUS decisions have undermined our democracy and shredded the Constitution, precedent and natural justice. Two of the justices stand credibly accused of sexual misdemeanors or assault. Several have accepted personal and financial favors that reek of impropriety. SCOTUS has refused to self-police or have an ethics code they way lower court judges do. Under John Roberts' tenure, the public perception of SCOTUS has sunk into the gutter. And now this corrupt dictator-enabling court is asking for a 10% increase in their budget. I ask you to say NO and CUT the funds appropriated to SCOTUS: they are betraying the rule of law, precedent, and the Constitution. They are doing the OPPOSITE of their constitutional role. Since you cannot dismiss them, I ask you to: --- make your disapproval known --- legislate to block or replace the most damaging recent decisions --- reduce the funds allocated to SCOTUS --- cut the justices' salaries
