Senator Collins, I have seen first hand how ICE behaves right here on the streets of Portland. The ICE agents we see on the ground are very different than what you reference in your press releases. They are anonymous, armed and unhinged. I want the Senator to demand that ICE follow the same standards as other law enforcement agencies (ID badges, judicial warrants, no masks, no military style weapons, etc.) — this is not an unreasonable ask. Please.
